James live in Sydney, Australia along with their three children, Jasmina, Jessica and Jeren. James is CEO and chairman of REAP. He has a passion for church planting and is a pastor of the Full Life Church in Parramatta, Sydney Australia (www.fulllifechurch.com.au). James served with Youth With A Mission in India for a number of years as well as Operation Mobilization outreach teams. He finished his Biblical studies at Southern Cross College in Sydney, Australia.

James was a project manager for Rhema Construction company in India, and has been a departmental manager in various companies in Australia including Coles Supermarkets, Medibank Private and Campus Crusade for Christ Australia. He has also established two small businesses.

James is very passionate about people and seeing them reach their full potential in God, through Equipping, Empowering and Encouraging. An inspirational and visionary person to be around, and with great faith in God, James also preaches in churches around Australia. His experience and passion for God affects his ministry and business involvement.

M V Thomas and Leena live in Hyderabad, India along with their four children. M V Thomas serves as the National President of REAP.

M V Thomas is a Pastor of Faith City Hyderabad (www.faithcityhyd.com) and overseer of Full Life Church in India. He travels throughout India overseeing and starting many projects, and training Leaders.

M V Thomas is passionate about Transforming lives and believes that this good news should be taken to every village in Asia. Especially to children who still have the child like faith. He has extensive experience in both aid and development projects and business. He served as National Secretary of International Christian Chamber of Commerce, India. He also served as Managing director of Rhema Construction Company Pvt. Ltd. He is involved in various Projects in training and equipping men and women around the world. He was in Operation Mobilization for many years, as well as many other ministries.

These two Brothers never compromise on anything when it comes to loving God and loving People.
